Article 2 (Supplementary Rules and Individual Policies)

• Matters not specified in these Terms shall be governed by relevant laws.
• Individual policies shall form part of these Terms.

Article 3 (Service Content and Changes)

• The Company provides services that analyze audio files and generate visualization videos.
• Users may utilize the visualization videos for various purposes including commercial use.
• The Service may be changed or temporarily suspended.
• The Company shall not be liable for damages unless caused by willful misconduct.

Article 4 (Eligibility and Minors)

• The Service is intended for adult users aged 19 and above.
• Refund requests from minors may be processed in accordance with law.

Article 5 (Membership Registration and Account Management)

• Users may apply for membership according to the procedures established.
• Users may not transfer their account information to others.
• The Company may suspend accounts for violations.

Article 6 (Service Use Restrictions and Prohibited Activities)

Users must not engage in the following activities:

• Identity theft and payment fraud
• Acts that infringe on intellectual property rights
• Activities to disrupt the stable operation of the Service
• Uploading content contrary to public order and morals

Article 7 (Intellectual Property Rights and Content)

• Intellectual property rights to the Service belong to the Company.
• Users retain ownership of their original audio content.
• Users must ensure uploaded content does not infringe on third-party copyrights.

Article 8 (Disclaimer)

• The Company does not guarantee that results will meet all user expectations.
• Users bear full responsibility for the use of generated videos.
• The Company shall not be liable for data loss unless caused by willful misconduct.
• The Company is not responsible for issues from infringing content uploaded by users.

Article 9 (Service Credits and Payment)

• The Service operates on a credit-based system.
• Purchased credits do not expire.

Article 10 (Refund Policy)

• Full refunds are only available within 7 days of payment if no credits have been used.
• No refunds are available after 7 days from payment or once any credits have been used.
• Exceptional refunds may be processed for technical failures attributable to the Company.

Article 11 (Dispute Resolution and Jurisdiction)

• Both parties shall first endeavor to resolve disputes through mutual consultation.
• The court having jurisdiction over the Company's headquarters shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
