VisualBeat provides digital content and software services for audio visualization video generation. Withdrawal of subscription is restricted once digital content provision has commenced.

2. Full Refund Conditions

When no credits have been used within 7 days of payment
When service use is completely impossible due to reasons attributable to the Company

3. Non-Refundable Cases

If any credits have been used within 7 days of payment
After 7 days from payment regardless of credit usage
Upon membership withdrawal, refunds for remaining credits are not provided.
