VisualBeat provides an audio visualization video generation service. Users can upload audio files or provide audio links to create customized visualization videos. Our service includes both free and paid subscription tiers.
3. User Accounts
To access certain features, you must create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account. You must provide accurate and complete information when creating your account.
4. Subscription and Payments
Paid subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. All payments are processed through our payment partner, Paddle. Subscription fees are non-refundable except as required by law or as specified in our refund policy. You may cancel your subscription at any time, but no refunds will be provided for partial billing periods.
5. Intellectual Property
VisualBeat retains all rights to its software, templates, and visual designs. Users retain ownership of their uploaded audio content. By using our service, you grant VisualBeat a limited license to process your audio for the purpose of generating visualizations.
6. User Content
You are solely responsible for the audio content you upload. You represent that you have all necessary rights to use the audio content with our service. You may not upload content that infringes on third-party copyrights or other intellectual property rights.
7. Prohibited Uses
You may not use our service for any illegal purpose, to violate any laws, to infringe on intellectual property rights, to transmit malware or harmful code, to spam or harass others, or to attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems.
8. Limitation of Liability
VisualBeat provides its services "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.
9. Termination
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account at any time for violations of these terms or for any other reason at our sole discretion. Upon termination, your right to use the service immediately ceases.
10. Changes to Terms
We may modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes via email or through our service. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
